Through my work with clients, I have addressed issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also specialize in the treatment of adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. I use a pragmatic approach to helping people make changes, learn to manage symptoms, and bear emotional pain. I believe in a respectful, direct, and collaborative relationship in therapy that aims to help my clients function at their highest level and potential. I use evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and have an integrative approach to treating co-occurring disorders.
In addition to my private practice, I am also a credentialed clinician at McLean Hospital, the largest psychiatric affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
